People who enjoy getting things done_ If you know about the repair and maintenance of water networks - then we could have the perfect role for you. **The Role** Business growth means that we have a number of vacancies, for Team Leaders to carry out activities in relation to minor works on water networks, for example meter installations and excavations, in line with health and safety and environmental regulations. **The activities that you get involved with include**: - Responsible for site setup and removal (in-line with NRSWA Streetworks Chapter 8). - Full compliance with health safety and environmental procedures and taking responsibility for the safety, delivery and quality of the work undertaken. - Accurate and timely completion of all information related to completed and active jobs onto the Toughbook. - Only commencing works once fully satisfied that all risks have been removed or minimised. - Ensuring all interactions with colleagues, customers and members of the public are polite and professional, minimising the need to escalate. - Cooperating in any incident, accident or damage investigation. **We are keen to hear from you if you can demonstrate...** - Physically fit, with good practical skills. - Street works Operative Qualification - Quick thinking and able to enjoy solving problems. - Comfortable working in confined spaces. - Able to follow and understand safety regulations and instructions. - Able to use diagrams and plans to locate pipelines. - Skilled in using a variety of tools and machinery. - Numerate, in order to take measurements, and calculate areas and distances. - Good communicators to keep members of the public and work colleagues informed. - Confident working alone and within a close team. **Our Company** Every day we work smarter, greener and use our imaginations.
