We are seeking to recruit a trained Fryer to join The Silvery Tay team. We would also consider someone without a frying background if they have the potential to learn the role under an already well established and experienced group of Fryers.

It would be an advantage for applicants to have a background within commercial kitchens if they have not already had experience working with a range style fryer in a fish & chip shop. Successful applicants must be capable of maintaining excellent food hygiene standards and be able to work as part of a team.

In addition to frying to a high standard, producing a quality product and providing all round excellent customer service, responsibilities will also include all aspects of preparing food and equipment for the opening and closing of the shop.

This position is primarily being offered on a full-time basis however there is scope for part-time roles if there is flexibility to work week days, evenings & weekends.

A competitive rate of pay to the industry standard will be offered to the successful applicant and will take into consideration any current skills and relevant experience.

As outlined, kitchen experience is preferred and references of employment in this role would be welcomed.
