**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff performance.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Assist in managing budgets, inventory, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain food safety and quality standards.
- Promote a positive dining atmosphere for guests and staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Supervising experience: 2 years (required)
- Restaurant management: 2 years (preferred)
- Bar management: 2 years (preferred)
- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
