Prospectus are pleased to be partnering with a leading London fashion school, who strive to excel as a centre of professional and creative learning in the Fashion, Art and Design fields. They are currently looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Specialistto provide administrative support within the school's quality assurance office. This role is being offered on full time basis (40 hours per week) which will be temporary, for one month in the first instance. The post will be hybrid working of 3 days onsite,and 2 days remote.

As the Quality Assurance Specialist, you will work alongside the QA Manager to support in the coordination and management of all processes and working activities related to quality assurance and enhancement systems. You will develop good understanding ofprocesses and procedures relating to the school in order to suggest and advise on best practice to support service improvements. This role will be responsible for integrating changes in institutional and national polices to academic documents as well as assistin gathering information to formulate other key documents. A key part of this role also includes supporting the student representative body and other relevant committees.

To be considered for this post you will have proven experience in a Quality Assurance role within education as well as knowledge of the UK higher education sector. You will be expected to have exceptional time and task management abilities along with greatcommunication skills and IT skills, Microsoft office in particular. With a natural flair for problem solving, you will have the ability to work proactively and deliver consistent quality standards. Although not essential, knowledge of the revised quality codewould be valuable to this role.
