**Main Responsibilities**:

- Lead Systems Design across the entire Tech Stack; Database, Front-End, Back End, Performance
- Act as SME for their platform for internal and external customers
- Drive team growth and development of current members
- Participate in leadership and technical management

**Core Experience/Skills/Requirements**:

- Experience in AdTech, Realtime Systems, Big Data Technologies
- Knowledge of OpenRTB protocols
- Comfortable with remote working and distributed teams
