An established accountancy practice in Melksham is seeking an experienced administration assistant.
Monday to Friday, full or part time, Temporary contract.
Main duties to include;
Preparing correspondence to clients
Dealing with telephone and in person enquiries
Filing documentation
Data base/CRM system management
Data entry
Post
Requirements;
Previous office administration experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
Willingness to learn new systems unique to the accounting industry
Good attention to detail
The ability to prioritise your workload
Occasional visits to client premises to drop off and pick up information
A friendly and professional telephone manner
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience in an accountancy practice is preferred but not a requirement. Ability to drive would be preferred but not essential.
This role offers you the chance to work with a small, friendly team in a growing business located in the heart of Melksham. Holidays, 28 days including Bank Holidays. On-site parking available.
