GoinGreen are looking for a Service Advisor at their workshop in Hayes, West London.

We are an independent garage who service & repair electric vehicles of all types.

This is an opportunity to progress your career at a busy, well known garage in the EV industry.

Experience is a similar role within the motor industry is desirable, but not essential.

A willingness to learn, professional attitude, approach and a desire to progress in the role is required. Training will be provided.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**

Communication, a strong command of written and spoken English is required. You will be liaising with technicians in the workshop, to ensure that vehicles are serviced and repaired on time and to the required standards. Taking inbound calls from customers to book their vehicles into the workshop. Making outbound calls to seek customer authority and keeping them updated on the progress of their booking. Booking collections & deliveries for customers and liaising with drivers. Ordering parts with suppliers and other procurement duties.

Reliable and accountable, we are looking for a person who is reliable and punctual. Someone who is organised and once fully trained, can manage a service booking through from the beginning to end.

We need someone who is IT proficient. Experience of Microsoft Office software; Word, Excel and Outlook essential. Experience of DMS system in the automotive industry useful but not essential as training will be provided

A full driving license would be useful, but not essential. Occasionally you may be required to deliver or collect vehicles in the local area.

A basic technical knowledge of vehicles, vehicle parts and an understanding of vehicle repair procedures would be beneficial.

Salary negotiable depending on experience. We are looking for someone to start asap
