Citiguard provides expert care throughout the UK, working closely with our clients to provide the best security in the business. We are currently hiring 1 K9 Unit/dog handler in the Newquay area.

We currently have a site that is a vacant property that requires 24 hours cover. We are looking for an officer to take on 12 hour shifts, either days or night.

**Duties**:

- Hourly patrols with check-ins with the control room
- Attending to any security alarms
- Handling escalating situations
- Check ID of anyone attending site
- Ensure the safety and security of the site and any assets
- Prevents losses and damage by reporting any irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers
- Complete incident reports for any issues occurred whilst on site
- Maintains organisation's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements
- Contributes to team effort by assisting client at the site to eliminate potential dangers or conflict
**Skills/Qualifications**:

- **MUST have SIA License**:

- **MUST have NASDU Level 2**:

- Previous security experience required.
- Must have good communication skills and be able to follow instruction
- Must be professional and presentable at all times
- Remain calm under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour
