Are you looking for a new role within the Automotive Industry and wanting to work with one of the most iconic brands in the world? We are supporting a permanent role based in Warwick.

**Job Purpose**:

- Lead the Aerothermal Cabin Comfort up-front analysis for vehicle programmes and support the development of the wider platform strategy, from concept to delivery along with supporting the Aero teams long-term development.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- As a Senior Aerothermal, you’ll lead the aerothermal cabin comfort development of future vehicles. Actively participating in all phases of vehicle development from concept to delivery.
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge and the capability to develop and analyse full cabin thermal models
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge and the capability to define and assess key Human Thermal Comfort metrics
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge and the capability to deliver results in a complex technical environment. Collaborate within the multidisciplinary activities of the aero group and the wider programme team to deliver the required vehicle performance.
- You will provide input in support of the long-term development of the department’s capabilities & processes.
- You will write technical reports and present results to a business-wide audience including senior management.
- You will support the technical competence and growth of the team and junior team members.

**Your Experience**
- Experienced a full vehicle programme cycle.
- Thorough knowledge of aerodynamics and thermodynamics in a similar role with an OEM or as an outsourced partner.
- In-depth knowledge with Commercial or Open source CFD and Thermal modelling software including Pre and post-processing tools.
- In-depth knowledge on HVAC System Modelling (ideally from 1D to 3D), understanding different levels of model fidelity throughout a full vehicle programme cycle.
- In-depth knowledge on thermal modelling methods and consequent thermodynamic concepts expected from real-world conditions
- Hands-on experience of physical track and climatic wind tunnel testing.
- Data processing skills suitable for large data sets. Ideally a good understanding of technical computing languages, e.g. MatLab, C, Java & VB.
- In-depth knowledge of physical testing data acquisition and testing techniques.
- 3D CAD skills, preferably with NX and an understanding of product life management systems.
