**Position Summary**

This role will support the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Team across all warehouse operations and stock activity within the business.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

**Goods In**
- Receive and process products into the warehouse
- Load and unload delivery vehicles, by hand or with a forklift truck.
- Check for damaged or missing items
- Sort stock for storage in the warehouse

**Returns**
- Correctly process and return stock, including the Warehouse, Workshop, Sales and Marketing bikes
- Create FEDEX collections

**Outbound**
- Prepare transfer orders for daily picking
- Accurately pick and pack products for transportation to customer, using a hand-held scanner
- Correctly create Royal Mail and Fedex packing labels
- Load packages and pallets on to delivery vehicles
- Obtain quotes and process international shipments

**Stock Management**
- Maintain a careful record of the stock on the warehouse management system, to ensure accurate stock availability
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Investigate and report any discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager

**General**
- Keep a clean and safe working environment
- Consistently adhere to workplace health and safety practices
- Follow internal controls and company policies as set by company and job function.
- Champion and encourage a positive working environment and effective teamwork in line with the Company's values, behaviours and culture.
- Contribute to the success of Cycling Sports Group Inc. by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned

**Qualifications & Personal Skills**
- A team player who is also able to work well independently
- Good numeracy - Able to work accurately and methodically
- Experienced with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and familiarity with inventory software, and data uploading
- Great communication skills
- Excellent at time management and planning
- Knowledgeable of health and safety requirements
- A flexible approach to duties and tasks.
- Physically able to complete Manual Handling tasks safely in line with Training to fulfill work duties and responsibilities
