We place great emphasis on delivering a quality service at value for money. Our fleet of service vehicles cover most of mainland Scotland. Our main goal as a company is to ensure that our customers are happy and to continue to grow the business by expanding our customer base. We are a Real Living wage employer.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Allocation of sales receipts within Sage 50 accounts
- Timely resolution of invoicing queries from customers
- Assist with bank reconciliations
- Account reconciliations
- Analysis of overdue debts and escalating accounts of concern to senior management
- Adhere to internal processes, procedures & controls
- Management of Direct Debits
A minimum of 12 months’ experience within a Credit Control position with good experience of Sage accounts package or similar
- High attention to detail
- Confident and effective communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Can work as part of a team
- The ability to work to deadlines
- Previous experience with Microsoft packages Outlook, Excel and word
