**Customer Support Administrator (Full time or Part time), Ringwood, £24,000**
**The purpose of the role**
As the Customer**Support Administrator**, you will be a **vital** member for the Technical Support team, ensuring customers receive **a first-class service** even after the installation of a product.
As Customer Support Administrator **you will be responsible for**:
- Supporting the **after sales team** to ensuring the highest level of customer service is maintained further to the installation
- **Resolving customer enquiries and issues** with the product (i.e., breakdown, warranty, and returns)
- Liaising with engineers, **scheduling**them where necessary
- **Processing invoices** and credit notes
- Providing accurate **quotations** to customers
**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in **customer service**:
- Excellent communication, **problem solving** and time management skills
- **Confident IT** skills
