Door Supervisor

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor entry and exit points to ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises.
- Conduct thorough checks of identification to verify age and prevent underage entry.
- Implement crowd control measures during busy periods to maintain order and safety.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as required.
- Report any suspicious behaviour or potential security threats to management immediately.
- Assist in training staff on security protocols and emergency procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role or within the security industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of loss prevention strategies and techniques.
- Certification in first aid is highly desirable.
- Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of interacting positively with patrons and colleagues alike.
- A valid SIA licence is essential for this position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£14.50 per hour
