Administrative and Sales Assistant

**About Us**
We are looking for a **friendly and enthusiastic Administrative & Sales Assistant** to join our growing team. In this role, you will:
- Handle incoming and outgoing client calls with professionalism and warmth.
- Explain our service clearly and confidently to elderly clients and their families.
- Book clients into appointments and manage diaries efficiently.
- Work with our CRM system to record and update client details accurately.
- Support general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
**About You**
We are seeking someone who is:
- **Friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable** — able to build rapport with elderly clients.
- **Adaptable and organised** — comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- **Confident on the phone** with good listening and communication skills.
- **Tech-savvy** with experience (or willingness to learn) CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in **admin, sales, or customer service** is desirable, but full training will be provided.
