We are currently recruiting for Process Operators on behalf of our well established client in North Scarle, just on the outskirts of Lincoln. This is a full time opportunity.

**Working hours**: 4 on 4 off, days and nights rotational (6am - 6pm/ 6pm - 6am).

**Job purpose**:

- Running the mill including loading bulk via FLT and hand added ingredients for grinding and transfer to extrusion including all necessary technical checks and recording
- Running the extruder, dryer, coater cooler and bulk storage including all necessary technical checks and recording

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensure records are being completed accurately so that product is produced to safe, quality, and legal standards.
- To follow all health and safety procedures as laid out in the company policy and training.
- Ensure extruder area and office are always clean and free from debris which may attract pests.
- Set up the extruder as per the training given and follow all specs laid out in each job set, use retained samples and complete checks every 30mins.
- Ensure for the full run all CCPs are checked, all samples are checked all extruding, drying, coater and cooling systems are working as they should and report any known faults to management.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar role in the food manufacturing environment.
- Experience setting and running machinery
- To have the ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Own transport

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £13.84 per hour

Work Location: In person
