EAC are representing an excellent opportunity in the Linford Wood area of Milton Keynes for an organised and dedicated Contracts Administrator.

This is lovely, long-term opportunity in a quiet family feel office. Working 9-5 Monday to Friday (with some flexibility).

As a Contracts Administrator you will have a keen eye for detail and be well organised and proactive. You must have a background in administration and be able to hit the ground running with additional training on offer.

**On Offer for the Contracts Administrator**
- Salary £23,000 - £24,000 dependant on experience

**Duties**
- Being the first point of contact in answering phone calls
- Following up quotations made by the M.D, Sales Manager and quotations made by others involved in the sales activity.
- Contracts management and project co-ordinating/monitoring duties.
- Keeping systems up to date and working with the Managing Director to continue the development of the system
- Following up progress expediting orders placed with suppliers.
- Monitoring of supplier performance, delivery scheduling, arranging packing and freight forwarding
- Preparing acknowledgement of incoming orders from customers.
- Preparing sales invoices.
- Checking supplier documentation and coding for payment processing.
- Creating sales invoices and posting purchase invoices onto XERO.
- Compiling operators’ manuals and service manuals for our equipment.
- Dealing with customer services and recording data.
