Redbuild is an Edinburgh based building contractor specialising in refurbishment and restoration of traditional residential properties in and around Edinburgh.
- Experienced cleaner with a minimum of 2 years site hand over cleaning experience.
- Experienced in all aspects of cleaning including brushing, sweeping, washing, mopping, wiping, hoovering, scraping, dusting and polishing.
- Comfortable carrying out the cleaning required to achieve site hand overs, including windows (inside and out), skirting boards, all floor types, tiles, bathrooms, kitchens, common areas and external ironmongery.
- Able to deliver high quality work in bespoke residential projects.
- Knowledgeable of cleaning methods required in listed buildings and sympathetic to traditional building materials.
- Able to work alongside a variety of tradesmen on live sites.
- Able to manage/restrict access to cleaned areas on site.
- Experienced in planning, preparing and scheduling work on sites with several other trades and/or clients present on site.
- Aware of the COSHH regulations.
- Able to clean company premises as and when required.

**Further requirements**:

- Driving License (advantageous)
- 2 working references
- Working at heights
