Currently LWC Drinks employ over 900 people and they have 14 depots across the UK as well as a Support Centre and Hubdistribution centre based in Manchester.
Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager
Reports To: Depot Manager
Key Skills/Attributes:

- We require a Great Communicator with Leadership qualities
- Must have WMS knowledge & experience
Core Duties:

- Measure and address the effectiveness of employee performance and warehousing productivity activities
Producing staff management productivity reports & maintaining high levels of productivity
Ensuring all WMS processes are monitored for compliance
- Staff deployment according to daily workflow requirements
- Return to work interviews
- Staff Recruitment, training and development
- Team meetings / Briefings
- Manage the site Health & Safety requirements
Manage the site security requirements
Ensure customer orders leave in full and timely Manner
- Staff rotas weekly - Ensure adequate staffing levels
- Oversee workflow in whole warehouse / actively walking the floor and identifying potential issues and working with ops to rectify / implement fixtures.
- Racking inspection, shared load with qualified people.
- Reporting near misses/ accidents
- Implement / Monitor & Maintain the depots code of conduct requirements.
