**Sales & Marketing Support Specialist**

Vision Executives are experts in International Eyecare Recruitment; and we are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our fast-growing recruitment company. In this role, you will play a crucial part in contributing to business growth by working closely with the team and using your marketing skills in helping to develop Vision Executives as the ‘go to’ brand in eyecare recruitment.

**You will be responsible for**:

- **Marketing Support**: Responsible for the management of our new website and social media marketing such as via LinkedIn (over 10k following), content creation, marketing material creation via Canva and working closely with our marketing agency.
- **Sales Support**:Helping the business development team in creating sales proposals and lead generation. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and documents for board meetings.
- **Admin Support**:Support with chasing invoices, updating databases, management of new CRM integrations, updating finance spreadsheets and coordinating with external accountants.

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience in sales support, marketing or admin. Or a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn and creative skills for developing content using Canva.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs.
- Trustworthy and reliable for working on confidential tasks.

**What we offer**:

- On target earnings (basic salary + bonus) £18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
