**Ormskirk Market is looking to hire Hosts and Hostesses **This is an exciting opportunity to join Ormskirk Market, we are looking for Hosts with the wow-factor to provide an outstanding service to our customers Ormskirk is a vibrant, fast paced venue which thrives off the atmosphere and experience.

Our guests experience begins with our hosts So being at the heart of operation and the face of the brand, it’s important for our hosts to take immaculate pride in all aspects of their role, from style, appearance, attitude and professionalism.

You must love meeting new people, living in the moment and orchestrating the show

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers by smiling and saying hello; respond to customer requests and suggestions with a smile.
- Answer phone calls efficiently, answer questions and resolve problems.
- Have knowledge of the menu, specials and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional, polite and efficient manner.
- Create a warm and welcoming environment in the restaurant by keeping it tidy and clean.
- Maintain an organized inventory of kitchen supplies, condiments, canned goods, etc.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent team working skills.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Previous experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience of working within a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: From £9.80 per hour
