**Working Hours**: 40 hours a week - 0600-1400 or 1400-2200 shift patterns available.

**What we are looking for**:
No prior experience required We offer full training and support, we are looking for people with a strong work ethic and collaborative approach.
We are looking for Order Pickers to join the team in Banbury. You will accurately pick goods from inventory, in accordance with instructions given on scanners/headset by Warehouse Management system, and to stack them on pallets in a safe and secure manner. Minimise stock damage by taking into consideration the product packaging whilst handling and palletising. Operate equipment following Health & Safety guidelines.
**Key Tasks**:
- Products are handled in such a way as to prevent damage.
- Damages should be reported in a timely manner and not left to contaminate other products.
- Report contamination of product identified during order picking activities.
- Operate scanners/headset to ensure that the correct number and type of product is picked and shipped, and inventory is managed accurately.
- Follow specific customer instruction on the scanner/headset ensuring the stock is picked in the required format.
- Build and shrink wrap products to pallets so they are stable during transportation.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as needed.
- Follow instructions on scanner/headset to perform pre-operational checks for use on PPT.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Operate handling equipment safely and ensures regulations are followed.
- Maintain a high level of health and safety.
- Ensure all activities relating to medicines and medical devices are in accordance with Good Distribution Practice of medicinal products
