**JOB TITLE**:Mechanical Advisor**

**_This is an offshore rotation role (28x28) in Equatorial Guinea. The role will be offered on full time employee basis, travel, accommodation and food while on rotation is provided._**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Supports operations in:

- Facilities / Surveillance activities offshore in general and Serpentina in particular
- Risk management (participate in Risk assessment, Risk Screening, RCFA (“Root Cause Failure Analysis”) and HAZOP (“Hazard and Operability”)
- Emergency Response Team member
- ABS Class recertification point of contact
- Work closely with Oilfield Chemicals (OFC) company for stewardship and treatment
- OFC Contract administrator
- Operations Integrity Systems administrator (Annual System Reviews, Engineering standards
- update/reviews, periodic review of the system manuals for update)
- Point of contact for Serpentina Operator activities (e.g. GEPsing / SBM)
- Overseeing all projects and providing guidance
- Ensure Business Unit is aligned with proposed activities
- Asset integrity management - ensuring all disciplines are aware and aligned
- Actively engage on reliability and integrity activities
- Review / approve Management of Change plans for progress as well as closing action items assign to the role
- Attend the daily production meetings, the monthly safety meetings, Integrity Management program review, Quarterly corrosion anomaly review, chemical management team (CMT) meetings and others meetings as requested
- Other duties as required and determined by Department
- To attend all mandatory for employees Company training programs and seminars, including computer[1]based programs

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- B.S. or Higher; Engineering or related Science based degree Understanding of Process and offshore operations
- Competent in Facilities Engineering related skills areas
- Competent or better in several Risk Engineering Skill areas
- Understands management integrity systems for production
- 10+ years' experience in offshore facilities recommended, including Process and machinery knowledge.
