As a Hire Controller at our Customer Contact Centre (CCC) in Stockport, you will have a versatile and varied role liaising with the sales team and other functions to ensure prompt, efficient and reliable service delivery for our customers.

Responsibilities include:

- Processing equipment hire, ensuring the correct administration is carried out
- Communicating with external re-hire companies to source equipment
- Dealing with invoice queries, chasing collections and managing damages
- Managing on and off-hires, collections and breakdowns
- Liasing with our sales team, suppliers and depot network to ensure excellent customer service for our customers
- Utilising our internal systems to ensure correct administration of the hire

**Your Profile**

You love solving problems and making our customers happy We are looking for someone that is
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly with a courteous telephone manner
- A strong team player, and enjoys working as part of a team
- A good knowledge of plant machinery and small tools would be preferrable but not essential as full training will be given

As a Hire Controller within our UK Customer Contact Centre (CCC) in Stockport, your working hours will be Monday to Friday, 0730hrs to 1700hrs.

**Salary**: £24,089.00-£27,044.00 per year
