**About the role**:
The British Heart Foundation (BHF) is looking for a detail-oriented individual who can work independently within the Fulfilment Team.

This role involves selecting fundraising materials to send to our supporters, assembling welcome packs for major events like the London to Brighton bike ride and the London Marathon, as well as for supporters who need items like t-shirts for their fun runs or bake sales.

**The difference you will make**:
Our supporters are passionate about fundraising and we want to give them the best experience and fundraising opportunities that we can by ensuring their requests are fulfilled in an efficient and timely manner.

**Time Commitment**:
We are looking for someone who can commit to volunteer 10-15 hours per week, flexible days, ongoing

**Location**:
At the Customer Service Centre in Birmingham B37

**What is involved**:

- Locating material and packaging for supporter, Fundraising Managers and volunteer groups

Completing eve nt packs - hand packin g letters, t-shirts any other relevant material

**What we are looking for**:

- Someone over 18 years of age.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Can work independently or as part of a team
- Not afraid to ask question
