Household Services Assistant (Self-Employed) **Location**: Farnborough, Hampshire and surrounding areas **Pay**: Starting from £15 per hour **Hours**: Flexible - work at your own pace and schedule Overview LEHouseHoldServices is seeking motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Household Services Assistants to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy flexible work, value independence, and are passionate about helping others maintain clean, safe, and welcoming homes. **Responsibilities**: - Perform internal household cleaning tasks, including hoovering, mopping, dusting, kitchen and bathroom cleaning. - Carry out external household tasks such as lawn mowing, light gardening, waste management (rolling out bins), and basic outdoor maintenance. - Assist with daily errands including grocery shopping and other local tasks as requested by clients. - Provide basic pet care services, including feeding, walking, and light supervision of pets. - Conduct vehicle cleaning (interior and exterior) as required. - Maintain a high standard of service by following client instructions and personalising assistance to individual client needs. - Communicate professionally with clients, addressing questions or requests with courtesy and efficiency. - Manage own schedule and tasks independently while maintaining reliability and commitment to client appointments. - Represent LEHouseHoldServices with professionalism and a friendly attitude at all times. Experience & Skills - Previous experience in cleaning, lawn care, pet care, or general household services is advantageous but **not essential** — full support and guidance will be provided. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service. - Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner. - A proactive attitude and willingness to assist with a variety of household tasks. - Familiarity with basic tools or garden equipment is a plus but not required. - Own transport is beneficial but not essential (depending on your local area coverage). **Benefits**: - **Self-employed** role with full flexibility — you choose your working hours. - **Starting pay from £15 per hour** with opportunities for more based on tasks and client feedback. - Work in a supportive, friendly environment with room to grow and build regular client relationships. - Service areas include Farnborough, Aldershot, Fleet, Camberley, Farnham, and surrounding Hampshire locations.
