Salary is £22,000.00 - £28,000.00 per annum (Depending on experience)

37.5 Weekly Working Hours, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 6pm.

**What we are looking for**:
As a Campaign executive, you will be responsible for working as part of a small team of marketing professionals.

Your main responsibility will be to develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns that align with our commercial objectives.

**What you will be doing**:
To manage these accountabilities for our current and any future brands across the Keswick business.
- Develop, manage, and implement strategic marketing campaigns across our three brands minimising the risk of cannibalisation in both market share, engagement and revenues
- Work with your Campaign planner to execute the marketing requirements of the wider business in line with pre-defined goals and targets
- Collaborate effectively with the wider business teams to identify opportunities for campaign enhancement, ensuring that our marketing aligns with commercial targets and financial considerations.
- Translate the marketing plans, developed in collaboration with the Campaign Planner into effective marketing tactics that will be then rolled out across a wide variety of digital and offline media.
- Monitor and collated campaign performance metrics, working with the campaign planner to make any necessary adjustments to ensure targets are met.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing and sales teams to optimise campaign effectiveness.
- Brief in relevant creative and messaging that aligns with the wider marketing plans, utilizing both internal and external resources.
- Ensure that all creative materials and campaign deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and the initial signed-off campaign brief
- Track and present back effectiveness of creative content, recommending any necessary adjustments for maximum impact and reach.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to keep our brands competitive.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Excellent planning skills: Proficiency in executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with commercial objectives and optimize brand performance across various media channels.
- Profound knowledge of multiple media platforms: Understanding of how to leverage different media platforms to maximize campaign effectiveness and brand reach.
- Capable analytical skills: Ability to monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance
- Robust communication skills: Ability to foster effective cross-departmental communication and collaboration to engage the wider business on your marketing campaign approach and results
- Creative mindset: Proficiency in briefing and managing the creation of engaging and impactful marketing materials that resonate with target audiences and effectively communicate unique selling propositions.
- Empathy and understanding of brand positioning and consumer needs.
- Experience in a similar or larger size brand is preferable.
- An energetic and charismatic personality, ideally having some experience in working within a marketing team
- Numerate, with an understanding of core marketing KPI’s and ability to present their recommendations
- Excited by the idea of working within a multi-channel business, with previous experience of being part of a growing online or multi-channel business.
