**Transport Administrator**

**Location**: Coventry

**Salary**: £28,000

**Role Type**: Full-time, 12-month contract with the opportunity to become permanent.

**Hours**: 40 hours (8am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch)

**Cleansing Service Group is a leading and award-winning force within the waste management sector.**

The Groups operates from 28 sites nationally. Steeped in heritage CSG has grown to become the second largest privately owned waste management company in the UK. A fantastic opportunity has arisen as Transport Administrator in Coventry. This exciting role offers the opportunity for developing the skills required for Transport Coordinator.

**Position**:
**Role Accountabilities**:

- To provide administrative support to the depot operations.
- Provide assistance to all sections of the business.
- Coordinate incoming and outbound calls from customers and colleagues.
- Participate in the out of hours ‘on call’ rota
- Ensure compliance with the Group’s Health and Safety policy and behaviours.
- Demonstrate and provide the highest levels of service and professionalism to internal and external customers.
- To provide cover when the Transport Coordinators are on annual leave or not in the Coventry office.
- Always ensure the highest levels of customer service.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Computer literate.
- Results orientated, self-starter who delivers to deadlines.
- Excellent team working skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
- Experience within a similar sector would be desirable, however, is not essential.
