As a result of recent contract wins and our ambitious growth plans we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join us.

As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

**Duties**:

- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in organising and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Manage calendars and arrange travel arrangements for staff members
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office administrator, or similar role
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Familiarity with basic office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
