This comprises of the Kingston Older People's Community Mental Health Team, the Care Home Liaison Service, and the Memory Assessment Service. These teams provide assessment and treatment to clients age 75+ with severe and enduring mental health problems in thecommunity, outreach support to nursing and residential homes and day centres in meeting the complex and challenging needs of people with dementia and other mental health problems, and also assessment and diagnosis of clients with suspected dementia of any age.
