**Recruitment & Training Co-ordinator**

Aramark Northern Europe is looking to hire a Recruitment and Training Co-ordinator to join the team at Chessington This is an exciting, hands on, permanent and full-time opportunity reporting into our Workforce Planner on site. You will be responsible for supporting with all front-line high-volume F&B recruitment across the theme park and onboarding and training of new starters.

**A day in the life of a Recruitment and Training Co-ordinator**
- Supporting with the recruitment of front-line, high volume F&B positions across the resort, including in fast-food outlets, coffee shops, restaurants, bars and kitchens.
- Conducting interviews, running assessment days and attending external recruitment events
- Providing a range of recruitment data and attending regular meetings online with key stakeholders across the business
- Working closely with the relevant HR teams and recruitment business partners ensuring everyone works collaboratively
- To support in organising, co-ordinating and delivering inductions and ongoing training for staff, including Health and Safety training
- Designing training plans with the hiring managers and rolling out training sessions
- To work with the management team to compile training records and ensure these remain up to date
- Relevant recruitment and training administration and reporting
- Supporting the management team with any ad-hoc admin needs
- Assist with compliance documentation and record keeping

**You'll be set up for success if you have**:

- Training and Recruitment experience specifically in either hospitality, retail or leisure OR an F&B background where you have experience recruiting and training
- Exposure to recruiting high-volume front-line positions
- Team player, people focused, highly organised and reliable
- Ability to work weekends
