**Responsibilities**:

- Coach children in various sports, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship
- Deliver high-quality PE lessons to primary school students
- Teach PE teachers how to deliver better PE lessons through workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one mentoring
- Mentor other sports coaches in the business, helping them to improve their coaching skills and knowledge
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in sports coaching and physical education, and share this knowledge with others
- Provide regular feedback to students, teachers, and coaches to help them improve their performance and reach their full potential
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all participants, ensuring that all activities are inclusive and accessible

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a sports coach, with a focus on coaching children and young people
- Experience teaching PE in primary and ideally secondary schools too
- A qualification in sports coaching, physical education, or a related field
- A first aid & safeguarding certificate (we can help you to get these)
- A strong understanding of child development and how it relates to sports coaching and physical education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
