**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender at The Broadway, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standard of service and atmosphere that our guests expect. With our diverse clientele and bustling club nights, this position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and creativity behind the bar.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with precision and flair.
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend suitable drinks.
- Ensure the bar area is well-stocked, organized, and clean throughout shifts.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain efficient bar operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and uphold the venue's standards of excellence.
- Contribute to the development of new drink recipes and menu items.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced nightlife environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with guests effectively.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to deliver exceptional experiences to guests.
