Search Engineering and Manufacturing have once again partnered with a leading food manufacturing business. We are recruiting for a Multiskilled Operative to join the fantastic team on site.

The main duties for the position of Multiskilled Operative will consist of the following:

- Ensure that all processed and unprocessed fruit is labelled, tagged or identified
- Takes full responsibility over WIP (FIFO) and reports any misuse to management
- Liaise daily with Team Leaders on production targets, ensuring any old fruit is used before a concession is required
- Ensures no fruit is wasted without management knowledge or being recorded
- Ensures that all lines are continuously feed with required materials consistently and timely
- Ensures constant communication with T. Leaders so that product change overtakes place within 5-10min
- Checks and ensures that fruit being feed to line of responsibility adheres to customer specification
- The role involves manual handling and the ability to withstand working in cold storage conditions on a daily basis
- The role requires an alert disposition, working in the vicinity of PPT and moving machinery
