**General Description of the role:**:MDU installations within Swish are growing rapidly and it is time to recruit an experienced Telecoms Coordinator to support the next stage of growth. Reporting into the Install Operations Manager, the MDU Coordinator’s role is to Coordinate all aspects and stakeholders in and around the MDU department.

**Job Description**:

- Demonstrate collaborative relationship building with all stakeholders
- Keep an up-to-date Risk Register and share regularly with the management team
- Maintain a programme of work to support resource forecasting and reliable delivery dates for customers.
- Regular reporting on the number of MDU’s built and ready for service
- Managing stakeholders both internal and external to the company, such as; Leaseholders/owners, Wayleaves team, Residential installs team and construction
- Assess and prioritise internal requests against MDU resource plan
- Resource scheduling
- Updating Openreach whereabouts after NOI
- Assessing completion of activities within the activity schedule
- Certifying Completion
- Jeopardy management
- Compiling document packs to aid Wayleaves

**Core Skills Required**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging work environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Excel, PowerPoint and Project GIS knowledge is beneficial
- An understanding of fibre networks and the PIA/BTOR network (desirable)
- Full Driving License that permits you to drive a vehicle in the UK
- A collaborative approach to problem solving
- Ability to verbally deliver difficult messages to customers resulting in positive outcomes
- Document control and data entry experience
- Proactive attitude in identifying areas that can be improved to positively impact customer satisfaction and driving these through to completion
