**Your Role**:

- **Project Support**: Work closely with our IT Vendor Manager to provide project support, including project and contract finance administration, giving you hands-on experience with real-world IT projects.
- **Collaborative Environment**:Support in the project lifecycle of IT initiatives by liaising with stakeholders and project teams to understand business needs, ensuring efficient delivery and fostering strong supplier relationships.
- **Operational Insight**: Engage with the purchase order process using Oracle finance systems, maintain the IT Service Catalogue, and assist in reporting monthly on operational expenditure (OPEX), gaining vital insights into business operations.

**What we’re looking for**:

- A 2nd-year student, ideally pursuing a computer-related course that requires a 12-month placement, starting July 2025.
- A base level of theoretical and practical knowledge in IT. Retail work experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Self-motivated and committed to developing your skills, embracing opportunities for growth and learning.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, to assist in data management and reporting.
