IFRS17 consultant required by leading international insurer, to assist in finalising their testing & go-live preparations on a 6 month day rate fixed term contract.

Working within a project task force consisting of Finance, Actuarial and IT specialists concentrating on business requirement documents for the IT solution, testing system processes and outputs based on requirements, issue identification and supporting thequarterly IFRS17 Data submission. Process documentation, supporting a proper IFRS17 closing calendar etc..
- Assist in the testing after each development phase
- Prepare draft IFRS 17 methodology document for each of the development phases
- Deliver gap analysis and impact assessment
- Making sure all key assumptions are documented
- Implementation of IFRS 17 into BAU
- Assist in the knowledge transfer of IFRS 17
- Collaborate with multifunctional teams (Actuarial/IT)
- Liaise with external and internal auditors
