Extra Care Support Staff

Beech Tree Total Care is part of the Care at Home Services group, a long-standing family run care company, providing domiciliary care through our Care branches, located across Kent and Sussex. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding levels of home care to our many clients within their local communities, and in nurturing our staff to reach their full potential.
Set up as Independent Living facilities, our Extra Care units provide a safe and caring living environment for the residents, leaving them free to come and go as they please. Our staff are on hand to support them with their daily living requirements.
Our amazing teams are looking to recruit new Care staff to work a variety of shift patterns - these include alternate weekends and 7am-2pm, 2pm-10pm working hours.
**The role itself is varied, you must be willing to provide the following**:
- **Assist with all personal care needs - washing/dressing/toileting**
- **Medication Support**
- **Meal Preparation**
- **Light Domestic duties/shopping when required**
- **Social and Emotional Support - to include Community outings**
- **Any additional tasks as needed**
**You will need to offer**:
- **Commitment and compassion to the clients and the role itself**
- **Deliver the highest standard of care, ensuring dignity and respect is shown at all times**
- **Allow the clients to remain as independent as possible and actively encourage this**
- **Enjoy working in both a team environment and alone**

At Beech Tree Total Care we are committed to providing a Covid 19 safe work space, we test our employees weekly for Coronavirus. Our training facilities remain safe and socially distanced environments.
Driving Licence and access to own vehicle is not essential, however some locations are remote and you will need to live locally to these if a non driver.
You must be 18+ to be considered for the role, and be willing to undertake a fully enhanced DBS check.
