We’re a passionate, creative team - and we’re looking for an HR Consultant to help us shape the future of our people and HR practices.

The Role:
We’re looking for a brilliant HR Consultant to join us on a part time basis, 3 days a week, onsite in our West London Offices, bringing fresh energy and expertise to our HR processes. You’ll be involved in recruitment, driving performance, staff engagement, and much more, ensuring our people are supported and our workplace continues to thrive. Sound exciting? Read on

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Lead on Recruitment & Onboarding: Attract, recruit, and onboard the fantastic talent that will help us continue delivering world-class festivals and events.
- Refresh HR Policies: Use your expertise to update our HR policies and procedures, making sure they reflect best practice and support a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
- Performance & Development: Help us create a system for setting clear goals, providing feedback, and developing staff - so everyone can excel.
- Employee Relations Guru: Provide advice and support on all people matters, from resolving conflicts to managing performance, always with fairness and professionalism.
- Champion Well-being: Help us foster a supportive, inclusive culture where everyone feels valued, engaged, and motivated.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in HR consulting or a similar role - ideally within the arts, cultural, or charity sectors (bonus if you’ve got a CIPD qualification).
- A solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping calm and positive.
- A genuine passion for people and creating an inclusive, supportive workplace.
- Excellent communication skills - you’ll need to collaborate with everyone from senior leadership to volunteers.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with a positive attitude and a sense of humour

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 per week
