**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility, including transferring clients in and out of bed and using assistive devices
- Plan and prepare meals and assist with feeding, as needed
- Administer medication as prescribed and documented
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and changing bed linens
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication with clients' families and healthcare professionals
- Actively listen and engage with clients to promote their physical and emotional well-being

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in a caregiving role preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Right to work in the UK (without any form of sponsorship)
