**About the role...**
- Full-time, permanent position
- Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm

Our Slimming World Distribution Centre and Warehouse facility stocks nearly 900 different items and delivers approximately 27,000 parcels each week to our self-employed Consultants who run our weekly weight loss groups. You’ll play a key part in providing our Consultants, members, managers in the Field and head office teams with an exceptionally high quality, accurate and timely stock delivery service. You'll join our Planning and Inventory team by providing a smooth and efficient despatch service to our operational teams as well as supporting your colleagues with various tasks including inventory activities to ensure the continuous availability of our stock lines. You'll also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other head office teams to support the ongoing development of our despatch processes to ensure we provide a consistent level of excellent service regardless of the customers location.

The role will be predominantly office based and does also involve lifting, reaching and manoeuvring including standing and walking for part of your shift, so you should be comfortable with physically demanding tasks.

**About you.**

**You’ll be warm, friendly and approachable with great interpersonal skills and preferably experience in a similar role but this is not essential. We’d love to hear from you if you also:

- have strong communication and IT skills (MS Excel and Word)
- have keen eye for detail, confident working with data and a passion for excellent customer care
- possess a positive can do attitude and thrive in a collaborative environment
- have stock counting experience - not essential as training will be given
