**DOOR TO DOOR SALES EXECUTIVE - COLCHESTER - £22,500 rising to £25000 after probation**

We are working with a global company who are looking to recruit External Sales Executives to join their growing team. The role is extremely varied and includes both telephone based but mainly door to door sales - everybody is involved in generating new businessincluding the Directors

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead generation
- Responsible for the full sales cycle
- Prospecting new clients using various mediums such as Telesales, LinkedIn and extensive door knocking etc.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potentially new clients
- Identify key decision makers and ascertain their needs and requirements
- Achieve and exceed any targets set
- Communication with people of all levels in a business
- Travelling a 40 minute radius from Colchester

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience working in a fast-paced targeted sales environment
- Ability to negotiate
- Ability to identify buying signals
- Flexible in your approach to work
- A positive and enthusiastic person who enjoys talking to people on the phone
- Excellent communication skills: listening, written and verbal communication.
- A self-starter who is comfortable working with some direction and under their own initiative
- Have good organisational skills and be able to think on your feet
- A resilient person, able to maintain a positive upbeat attitude
- Proven experience is preferred but if you are confident and want to begin a sales career, this could be the perfect role for you
- Own transport is essential

**PACKAGE**:

- Working hours Monday to Friday over 37.5 hours
- Salary is £22500 rising to £25000 after probation
- Remote work is available
- Full training is given
