An **excellent opportunity** for a chef who is looking for a work life balance, this role is day time shifts and a maximum of 40 hours a week. This position is for a Head chef to work in a private hospital, that caters for approx. 60 patientsat any one time, has a public a la carte restaurant and caters for private parties and functions. In this job you will be providing nutritionally balanced and visually appealing meals whilst also catering for special dietary requirements, using fresh seasonallychanging ingredients. There are company core menus that must be followed although there is scope to design menus for private parties and functions. In this role you will be working with 4 others in the kitchen so it is a small team and you will liaise closelywith the hospital staff to ensure residents needs are catered for.
**Requirements**:
A Chef who has a a proven track record of working in fresh food kitchens in branded hotels or a similar type of property, with a knowledge of dietary needs and special diets is required to take on this position. A chef who has good communication skills,and a positive attitude and is willing to go the extra mile to not only provide meals for the patients but also cater for parties and functions to make a difference...
