Lettings Negotiator

**Responsibilities**:
Provide guidance and assist Landlords and Tenants in marketing the property for the right price under the best terms.
Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value Display and market real property to possible renters.
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, referencing etc) Maintain and update listings of available properties Promote properties through advertisements, open houses and listing services.
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
Contract Duties:
- Act as a liaison between property buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential clients
- Negotiate and close Lets and rental agreements
- Market properties through various channels such as online listings, social media, and
print advertisements
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the renting process
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and property values in the local area
- Prepare and present offers to clients in a professional manner
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, leases, and other legal
documents
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in Lettings or customer service roles is preferred
- Knowledge of real estate law and property management is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using technology for property listings and client communication

**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
