As a Local Property Agent, you will be the face of our brand, and be responsible for enhancing our buyer's and vendors' journey by offering knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient customer service, with an overall target of making every home move amazing

Working closely with Local Property Partner and reporting to Senior Property Partner/Area Director (dependent on area size), you will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with both vendors and buyers, whilst managing client expectations andproviding a knowledgeable service. A successful LPA will utilize data and technology to showcase our customers’ most valuable assets, whilst maximizing opportunities to sell the full range of products and services, with the goal of making the mission of ourbrand is the only place where customers come to buy and sell their homes
- a reality.

This is a fully employed sales model which will give more certainty and security for everyone in the team. As well as all the usual employee benefits, our local agents will receive a highly competitive salary, uncapped commission and still be able to workfrom home and benefit from flexible working.

Your responsibilities will be to carry out viewings, open houses, and sell ancillary products, whilst upholding the principles and cultures of our brand. You will follow up with potential buyers after viewings and take them through the offer process, managecustomer relationships and customer contact post-instruction as well as identify and convert property buyers to sellers.
