About You
To be successful in this role, you will
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Be highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy lunchtime period.
- Be able work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils
- Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and has the ability to use initiative - Be able to work flexibly and professionally
- Support our pupils during the lunchtime period including using positive behaviour strategies
- Care for the physical and emotional well-being and safety of our pupils during lunch break
- Have an adaptable, friendly but firm nature with a calm and caring attitude
- Work with pupils and staff in the development and organisation of playground activities and games
- Be a team player
- Be flexible and happy in the knowledge that every day will require different needs
- Have the ability to relate to children and colleagues.
