**What you’ll do**

We’re looking for the very best people to join us. People who share our passion, our pioneering spirit and hunger for innovation in the fast paced environment of Consumer. We are truly unique in our opportunity to change the market by bringing complete solutions together.

Due to our team growing, we are looking for two SEO Specialists to join the digital marketing team within Vodafone. One of these positions will have management duties. Coming into our multi-year transformational investment into our eCommerce channel, these role will play a key part in driving our online growth strategy.

You will be part of an SEO team that is responsible for driving SEO traffic growth. Success for this role will mean growing our share of natural search traffic across all our product categories; from Pay Monthly phones to Home Broadband, in additional to working across three different brands (Vodafone, VOXI, and TalkMobile).

Your day-to-day role will involve:

- Contributing to the development of our SEO strategy and roadmap for the PAYM and PAYG areas.
- Working with our Content team on implementing SEO recommendations.
- Providing SEO support to digital squads and Product Owners involved with PAYM and PAYG areas.
- Contributing to hitting our SEO KPIs and commercial performance targets.
- Performing SEO audits to identify opportunities, especially for key product launches.

The Senior SEO Specialist will have 1 direct report to manage.

**Who you are**

We’re looking for individuals that have a passion for Digital Marketing, content SEO, and eCommerce, with demonstrated project and stakeholder management skills. You must be able to work in a fast paced, agile environment. You must be able to learn fast and challenge yourself.

You will have:

- Experience in SEO - either agency or client side.
- Experience using industry tools such as Semrush to conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Able to operate in a changing and ambiguous environment - where priorities, resourcing, and requirements might change due to the agile nature we work in.
- Management experience preferred for the senior SEO Specialist role.
