We’re looking for a Recruitment & People Advisor to join our fast paced and innovative People Team. As a business, we have always crafted our culture with intention and our team is central to enabling an environment where everyone can thrive and have the best opportunity to unleash their limitless potential. We’re also here to empower our people to have a positive impact far wider than just the business, using their energy to do the stuff they love with the ones they love outside of work.
This truly is a generalist role where you’ll get the chance to hone your people-skills and knowledge, in a company where our team is at the heart of everything we do, especially in our mission to “Remake Holiday Making’.
Day to day, you’ll be partnering with our Managers, providing front-line support and advice on all aspects of the employee life cycle as well as taking the lead on recruiting the best talent into the business. As part of the wider people team you will also have the opportunity to get involved in lots of exciting project work from wellbeing to engagement, sustainability, employer brand, employee experience, engagement, culture and D&I.
**The Role**
**By joining the team you’ll**:
- Proactively source the best talent using a variety of methods such as Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram etc to build a robust talent pipeline.

- Work collaboratively with Managers for onboarding new starters, ensuring that they are set up for success.
- Manage the exit process, reviewing exit questionnaires and reporting on the data.
- Be involved in project work that enhances our culture and overall employee experience (lovingly known as the HX ‘Trip’).
- Be part of a supportive team who love to do things differently, experiment, learn (and laugh) together. Collectively we have a wealth of experience in a number of people-related areas, so you’ll always have someone to bounce ideas off and learn from - we too can learn from you, as you bring your unique perspectives and experience to our team
**What you can bring to the team**:
- Great communication; you will have excellent relationship building, coaching and influencing skills
- Super organisation; ensuring deadlines are met and that you remain calm under pressure
- A hard working, fully committed and enthusiastic approach to your work
- The ability to think proactively and take ownership of problems
- The ability to demonstrate the value you add to key stakeholders and remain calm in challenging situations in order to reach a positive outcome
- A collaborative approach; you will understand and consider the impact of your work on the team, and the business
- Knowledge and understanding of employment law, D&I
- Previous experience of using a HR or ATS system and reasonable comfort level using Excel (basic formulas, formatting etc)
**How we hire for this role**
If we believe you might be a match for a job you’ve applied for, you’ll enter our hiring process as follows:
- An initial chat with one of our team to find out a bit more about you.
- An in person or online interview including a short recruitment based assessment to understand how you may approach a task
- Informal chats with some of the people you could be working with
Cultivating a diverse and inclusive culture is paramount for us.
As part of this, we have designed our hiring process so you can be comfortable to confidently convey your strengths and who you are.
