**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:
As an Assembly Operative, your primary responsibility will be to assemble front seats for BMW vehicles. Collaborate closely with a team of skilled professionals, follow detailed instructions, and utilise various tools and equipment. Your tasks will include:

- Assembling front seats according to specifications
- Ensuring high-quality standards are met
- Conducting quality checks and inspections
- Collaborating with team members to optimise production processes
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing environments is advantageous
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
