CNC Machinist

An opportunity has arisen for a CNC Machinist to join a multi-talented team of CAD Designers and Toolmakers within a business that specialise in new injection mould tool manufacture, tooling repairs and modifications.
**As a CNC Machinist, your duties will include -**
- Producing precision components from drawings using CNC machines
- Program, set and operate CNC machines
- Manual milling and turning
- Liaising with the toolroom manger to plan and prioritise the workload around the companies needs and requirements
- Clean and maintain CNC machinery and all associated equipment and working area
**We are keen to hear from any applicants with -**
- An engineering background and relevant qualification in engineering/CNC machining
- Experience in CNC machining - operating, setting and programming
- An ability to read and understand technical drawings and written instructions
- Exposure to CAD and 3D modelling (Visi, NCG Cam, Machining Strategist) would be beneficial, but not essential
**On offer for the successful CNC Machinist -**
- A salary 32K - 35K depending on experience
- 08:00-17:00 Mon to Thursday and 08:00-14:30 Fridays
- 21 days paid holiday

Based in Oxfordshire, this role is commutable from Banbury, Oxford, Milton Keynes, Bicester, Northampton and all surrounding areas.
