**The rate of pay offered for this role is £10.42/hour for over 21s and NMW for under 21s.** This position is a minimum of 16 hours per week, shifts will vary between the hours of 05:30 am to 22:30 pm, weekend work will be required. Additional hours may be required to cover annual leave within the Department. About the Role

There is a requirement to assist with the preparation and serving of meals and so an awareness of safe food handling is essential, with a level 2 certificate being desirable. You will be responsible for serving customers, up-selling, food preparation and maintaining the cleanliness of the department. Kitchen experience at any level is preferred however full training will be given. As part of our service requirement you will be expected to work shifts that will include evenings and weekends.

We are ideally looking for someone with experience in a food environment, strong Interpersonal skills, excellent customer service skills, the ability to stay calm during busy periods, confidence to upsell, a friendly approachable manner and a can do attitude.
